lady fingers.

kate's hands. they are absolutely beautiful. from the day she was born weighing a small 6 pounds, we noticed her "un-proportionally" long fingers. she had beautiful nails and such dainty yet "ginormous" hands. i figured she would just grown into these long piano fingers, but i also knew that the doctor's told me she would probably be very petite all of her life, (based on the incorrect diagnosis that she wasn't growing fast enough in the womb). kate has continued to grow to be very tall and her hands have continued growing right a long with her. now the doctor's estimate her grow to be around 6 feet tall. (...really petite isn't it?) she floats her hands around like a princess and loves to look at them all stretched out. i continue to be amazed with kate's beautiful piano fingers and hope she enjoys her destiny as a concert pianist.
